This restaurant is run by a family that have a lot of experience in the restaurant business, Elizabeth Paulino, our head of operation, learned how to cook with her grandmother who had a food stand back in Peru when she was a child. She learned all the secrets from her grandmother and came to America to live the American dream. Elizabeth’s husband Elvin Paulino worked at a four-star restaurant in Glen Cove for 13 years as a waiter, and he always dreamed of becoming a restaurant owner.
